Building permit obtained for Kruitfabriek!
We are happy to share that the building permit for the redevelopment of the Kruitfabriek in Vilvoorde has been granted!
In the future, the former gunpowder factory will provide the setting for a mixed-use development featuring a variety of residential units, office spaces and shared facilities. Offices and communal functions will be organised within the core of the building, while the residential units will be arranged around it. On the roof, a collective winter garden with greenhouses for urban agriculture will offer residents a unique shared amenity.
